Educational Level

  • Eligibility: Participants must be students currently enrolled in class 10, 11 or class 12 at a recognized high school in India.
  • Proof of Enrollment: Participants may be required to provide proof of enrollment at the time of registration to verify their eligibility.

Location

  • Location: Students from any part of India are eligible to participate.
  • Local Relevance: Projects should focus on addressing a problem specific to the participant's local city or community, highlighting local challenges and proposing viable solutions.

Team Structure

  • Team Composition: Participants can only compete in teams. Each team is allowed a minimum of 3 and a maximum of five members.
  • Entries Per School: Schools may register multiple teams for the competition. However, each team must present a different idea to ensure a diverse range of solutions and innovations.
  • School Affiliation: All team members must be from the same school.

Language

  • Communication: All submissions, including written proposals and presentations, must be conducted in English to maintain consistency and ensure clear communication with judges and organizers

Teachers as Guides

  • Non-Eligibility for Participation: Teachers and other school staff are not eligible to participate as team members. However, they play a vital role in supporting and guiding the students.
  • Advisory Capacity: Teachers are encouraged to advise and assist their students in developing project proposals, preparing presentations, and overcoming challenges during the competition. Their mentorship ensures students have the guidance needed to innovate effectively.
  • Certificates for Teachers: One teacher from each school must be aligned with each team as guides. They will receive certificates acknowledging their support and contribution.
