Team Formation: Participants must form a
team and appoint a team leader. All team members must be from the same school and
currently enrolled in classes 10, 11, or 12.
School Representation: Schools are
encouraged to form multiple teams, each comprising 3 to 5 members, to ensure diverse
ideas and solutions are presented in the competition.

provide personal and educational details, including their full name, contact
information, school name, class, and city during the registration process.
Deadline for Registration: :
Registrations must be completed by October 15, 2024. Late registrations will not be
accepted.
Registration Confirmation: Participants
will receive an email confirmation upon successful registration, including login
details for their account, which will be used for further details and submissions.
Submission of Initial Proposal
Proposal Content: The initial proposal must clearly articulate the identified problem, the relevant Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), supported by research and data, and a preliminary plan for the proposed solution.
Method of Submission: Proposals must be submitted through the designated portal on the competition microsite. Participants must adhere to the guidelines provided in the application form.
Submission Deadline: The final date for submitting proposals is November 17, 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification.
Selection by Interim Jury: Submissions will be evaluated by an interim jury, which will select the best entries to progress to the next round based on innovation, feasibility, and alignment with the SDGs.
Training Sessions and Development of Final Proposal
Mandatory Online Sessions: Selected teams will participate in mandatory online training sessions conducted by faculty from the Centre for Communication and Critical Thinking and the Atal Incubation Centre at JKLU. These sessions are designed to equip participants with crucial skills and knowledge to refine their projects.
Development & Submission of Final Proposal: Leveraging insights from the training sessions, teams will develop and submit their detailed final proposals. These submissions must comprehensively address the implementation, potential challenges, and expected impact of the proposed solutions. Last date to submit Final proposals is November 17, 2024.
Final Presentations and Awards
Shortlisting for Final Presentations: From the final proposals, the interim jury will shortlist the top 10 school teams from across the country based on the depth, feasibility, and potential impact of their solutions.
Final Presentations to Grand Jury :The final presentations will take place at the JKLU campus in Jaipur on November 30, 2024. Shortlisted teams will be invited to present their projects to the grand jury, defending their proposals and demonstrating the practicality and sustainability of their solutions.
Selection of Winners :The grand jury will assess the final presentations based on innovation, impact, presentation skills, and alignment with the SDGs. Winners will be announced at a grand ceremony on December 01, 2024, at the JKLU campus.
